State Capitol Report - Wisconsin's budget problems, solutions

In this week's State Capitol Report, the hot topic is the state budget shortfall and the Governor’s new budget cuts. Joy Cardin welcomes state lawmakers from both parties to get their take on budget problems and how to fix them. They are:
