Governor Doyle's furlough plan and reaction on Here & Now

Governor Jim Doyle, reacting to a larger than projected state budget deficit, announced that state employees would be furloughed--given time off without pay--sixteen days over next two years. This clip features excerpts from the Governor's announcement.
