Two Years Later Pt. II: Long-term unemployed worse off than before

The number of long-term unemployed people is more than double the rate during normal economic times. The Washington D.C.-based Economic Policy Institute says the percentage of people without work for six months or longer surpasses every economic downturn since the Great Depression.
