State economist predicts improvement

The Wisconsin economy is on the way toward an upswing, according to Wisconsin Department of Revenue economist John Koskinen, due to the influx of federal stimulus dollars heading toward the state. Koskinen sat down with Here & Now to discuss where these funds will be spent, as well as what the future holds for the Wisconsin economy.
