AG Van Hollen on cuts to Justice Dept. on Here & Now

Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen talks with Art Hackett about the risks to public safety he sees from proposed cuts to the Justice Department budget. Van Hollen says the cuts would take away ten percent of his budget and he believes his department may have been targeted in ways other state agencies were not.
